1. Who can rate and review?

Only verified customers can rate a product: your order must have been paid online and actually delivered, and the review must be about a product from that order. You have 12 months after delivery to post your review, one review per product (editable at any time). No review can be bought, imported, or posted by Marché Facile, a supplier, or any third party.

2. What is published

Your rating (1 to 5 stars) counts toward the product average, with or without text. Written reviews show your first name and last-name initial (or "Verified customer" if you choose), the mention "Verified purchase — order delivered", and the date. The delivery rating, when you give one, is never displayed publicly: it is only used to improve our delivery service.

3. Moderation

Reviews are generally published immediately, then read by our team within one business day. A review containing a link, a phone number, an email address, or abusive language is checked before publication. A review may be removed only for one of these reasons: insults or hate speech; personal data; off-topic content (the review is not about the product); spam or promotion; illegal content; clear misattribution to another product.

4. The rule that binds us

A negative review is never a reason for removal. A 1-star rating with a factual account stays published, even if the supplier or Marché Facile dislikes it. No supplier can have a review removed; they will be able to reply publicly (coming soon).

5. "Helpful" votes

Customers signed in with a confirmed account can mark a review as "helpful", once per review. This vote helps the most helpful reviews surface first.

6. Edit or delete your review

At any time, from your order tracking page, your customer account, or the link received by email: edit your rating and text, or delete your review. Deletion removes it immediately from displays and averages.
