Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms of Registration ("GTR") set out the conditions under which any person may create an account on the Djossi platform ("the Platform"), a trust network for jobs, internships, training and services.

Registering on the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these GTR and of the General Terms of Use (GTU).

Article 2 — Definitions

"Member": any person registered on the Platform.

"Guarantor": an active member who recommends a new member and vouches for their credibility. The guarantor does not answer for damages caused by their sponsee and does not handle disputes involving them.

"Sponsee": a new member recommended by one or more guarantors, placed under their credibility recommendation.

"Listing": a job, internship, training course or service request published by a member.

Article 3 — Registration requirements

Registration is restricted to persons aged 18 or older.

Members must provide accurate, up-to-date information (name, phone). One account per person.

Djossi may request identity verification (ID document + selfie) at any time. Refusal or forged documents lead to rejection or closure of the account.

Article 4 — Guarantors (sponsorship)

Sponsorship is optional: every registrant is activated as soon as their phone number is verified.

A worker/intern or learner may provide up to 2 sponsorship codes at sign-up. Each code designates a person or organisation (active member, partner) who vouches for their credibility.

Each guarantor expressly accepts, through a written and dated commitment kept by the Platform, to vouch for the credibility of their sponsee. This commitment is moral and reputational: the guarantor does not answer for damages their sponsee may cause, covers no damage and handles no dispute involving them.

Sponsorship may be revoked at any time by the guarantor from their account. Guarantors stay visible on the member's profile.

Sponsorship codes are issued by the founder or administration, or by members themselves. They are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Article 5 — Account types and listings

"Worker / intern" account: looks for jobs or internships and offers services.

"Learner" account: enrolls in training courses.

"Recruiter / trainer" account: hires, offers training or internships.

Service offers may be published by workers.

Any false, misleading or unlawful listing is prohibited and will be removed immediately.

Article 6 — Moderation

Any member may report suspicious content or behaviour.

Breaches lead to graduated sanctions: warning, temporary suspension (7 days), permanent ban.

The Platform may suspend any account under investigation without notice.

Article 7 — Personal data

Data collected at registration is processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.

Members have rights of access, correction and deletion, exercisable from their account or at info@djossi.com.

Article 8 — Liability and limitations

Djossi is a matchmaking intermediary: the Platform is not party to contracts between members and does not guarantee their performance.

Members are solely responsible for information they publish and commitments they make.

The current version is a beta: the service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of permanent availability.

Article 9 — Termination and deletion

Members may delete their account at any time from "My account": their personal data is then erased.

Djossi may close any account for breach of these GTR or the GTU.

Article 10 — Acceptance, version, contact

These GTR are accepted by ticking a checkbox followed by clicking "I accept", before any account creation. The date and version accepted are stored.

Version: 2026-10-10. Djossi may amend the GTR; members are notified and continued use constitutes acceptance.
